Technology & Innovation Delivery Domain Lead

About the role

The T&I Delivery / Domain Lead is a Partner‑level position responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of KPMG's largest multi‑country technology and innovation engagements across Africa. The role combines commercial ownership of a USD 8‑10 million revenue portfolio with hands‑on leadership of complex transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Own a personally‑accountable revenue target of USD 8‑10 M per year and lead pursuit of large multi‑country deals from qualification to contract signing.
• Chair internal deal review and investment committees, ensuring commercial discipline and margin protection.
• Maintain executive‑level client relationships (C‑suite, Ministers, Board) across priority accounts.
• Lead delivery outcomes on large engagements, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, managing RAID risks, and protecting gross margins of ≥30%.
• Mentor managers and directors, contribute to growth strategy, and drive thought leadership and alliance partnership activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of technology consulting experience, including at least 5 years at Partner or equivalent level.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering transformation mandates valued at USD 5 M+ across multiple African markets.
• Deep domain expertise in at least two areas such as enterprise platforms, cybersecurity, cloud/infrastructure, data & AI, or digital transformation.
• Strong executive‑level influencing skills and commercial acumen.
