Technology Governance & Digital Product Development Intern

About the role

NCDF Group is looking for a motivated intern to support its Technology Layer, which spans digital platforms, product development, vendor coordination, legal‑compliance documentation and data‑protection controls. Working under supervision, you will assist with a range of technology‑governance and digital‑product activities across platforms such as CoopX, AfriGoOS, LifeCome AleraAI, Konto App and investor data rooms.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain technology governance registers, product trackers, vendor records and access‑control documentation.
• Help draft product briefs, user stories, feature lists, testing notes and platform‑readiness checklists.
• Support issue‑tracking, user‑support logs, onboarding materials, FAQs and training documentation.
• Assist in preparing technology contracts, SaaS/vendor agreements, data‑processing records and compliance files.
• Contribute to data‑mapping, privacy documentation, access reviews and information‑governance activities.
• Take meeting notes, update action trackers, produce weekly updates and simple support reports.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate in Law, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Product Management, Data Protection, Cybersecurity, Project Management or Digital Transformation.
• Professional conduct, confidentiality and strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Excellent writing and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (or similar productivity suites).
