Technician – Property Systems

About the role

Marriott International is seeking a Technician‑Property Systems to join its IT team in Lagos. You will support the hotel’s technology infrastructure, ensuring reliable operation of hardware, networks and user services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, peripherals and network equipment.
• Support server systems, perform system backups and manage user accounts.
• Install, configure and modify workstations, laptops, docking stations and printers.
• Inspect, test and diagnose computer equipment, escalating major issues to vendors when needed.
• Maintain inventory of technology devices and secure backup media.
• Provide end‑user support and educate staff on data‑security procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related IT support experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
