Technical Support Engineer

About the role

The Technical Support Engineer will work in a complex networking environment, acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams. You will configure, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges across Morph’s suite of telecommunications products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for Morph’s products.
• Identify root causes, document solutions, and escalate complex cases to higher‑level support or engineering.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Contribute to knowledge‑base articles, FAQs, and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to report bugs and suggest improvements.
• Support onboarding and training of users by providing technical guidance.
• Monitor system alerts and proactively address potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements and assist in support metrics reporting.

Required profile

• 0–2 years post‑NYSC experience in technical support or IT helpdesk.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication focused on customer experience.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira.
• Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.
