Technical Project Manager (SAP & ERP)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex enterprise technology programmes in Lagos. The role will oversee end‑to‑end delivery of SAP, SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA and broader ERP transformations, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, risks and success criteria.
• Drive projects from initiation through design, configuration, testing, data migration, deployment, go‑live and post‑implementation support.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of functional and technical consultants, business stakeholders and external partners.
• Manage project budgets, monitor progress, identify and resolve issues, and report status to senior leadership.
• Oversee system integration activities between SAP modules, SAP Ariba, and other enterprise applications.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, deployment readiness and post‑go‑live support.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing large‑scale SAP/ERP implementation projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business domains.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
