Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead software development projects from conception to delivery. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, translating business needs into technical tasks, and ensuring timely, high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee software development projects from start to completion.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate daily activities of the development team.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in technical discussions and support architectural decisions.
• Review code, provide guidance, and support the team when needed.
• Facilitate Agile processes such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Communicate project updates and technical progress to stakeholders and management.

Required profile

• Minimum BSc/BEng in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical project management, engineering lead or senior developer role.
• Strong understanding of the full‑stack development lifecycle (frontend, backend, databases, APIs).
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) and version control (Git).
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to make sound technical trade‑off decisions under deadline pressure.
