About the role

The Technical Manager will lead the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems across multiple sites in Nigeria. This role combines hands‑on technical oversight with team leadership to ensure projects meet safety, quality and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

Oversee installation and maintenance of solar energy systems.
Supervise technical teams across project sites.
Conduct system inspections and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure all installations comply with safety and technical standards.
Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
Liaise with clients on technical requirements and solutions.

Required profile

Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in solar energy system installation or management.
Proven ability to manage technical teams across multiple locations.
