Technical Executive Assistant (Data & Analytics)

About the role

The Technical Executive Assistant supports senior leadership by combining high‑level executive assistance with strong data‑analysis capabilities. You will enable data‑driven decision‑making, streamline administrative processes, and act as a trusted liaison across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, travel, meeting logistics and prepare briefing materials.
• Develop and deliver executive‑level presentations, reports and performance dashboards.
• Collect, analyse and visualise business and operational data to inform strategic discussions.
• Monitor KPIs, highlight trends, risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain and improve reporting automation using Excel, Power BI, ERP and related tools.
• Liaise with IT and data teams to resolve system or reporting issues.
• Coordinate cross‑functional information gathering and ensure timely follow‑up on deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in executive support, business analysis and data analytics.
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills with a high level of discretion.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and simplify complex information for senior leaders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with ERP or other productivity analytics systems.
