Technical & Commercial Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Technical & Commercial Supervisor to drive business development and oversee technical project delivery within the oil & gas sector. The role combines client engagement, tender management, and operational oversight to support growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with IOCs and EPC contractors.
• Lead technical and commercial bid preparation, reviewing RFQs, ITTs and coordinating proposal development.
• Provide technical advisory during client engagements, evaluate new technologies and develop commercial solutions.
• Support project planning, mobilisation, execution monitoring and risk mitigation.
• Assist the Managing Director with strategic planning, growth targets and mentoring junior staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Petroleum, Chemical or related engineering discipline (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in oil & gas, with at least 5 years in technical sales, engineering, project management or business development.
• Proven experience working with IOCs, EPC contractors and in tendering and proposal development.
• Location: Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria.
