Technical Advisor II – Systems Integration

About the role

The Technical Advisor II – Systems Integration will support the Faith And Community Initiative (FCI) in Nigeria by providing expert guidance on integrating information systems and using routine program data. This role ensures that hub‑and‑spoke health service models are effectively linked to national health systems and that data drives decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and guidance on information systems integration for the FCI project.
• Support government counterparts and implementing partners to improve data interoperability, quality, and use.
• Assist in transitioning hub‑and‑spoke models to existing national health systems.
• Ensure alignment with CRS quality principles, donor guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to evidence‑based planning and implementation through robust data management.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of health information systems and data management.
• Experience working with government health agencies or NGOs in health program settings.
• Ability to guide and mentor partners on system integration and data use.
• Commitment to improving health service delivery and sustainability.
