Tech Support Officer (NYSC)

About the role

Cybertron Ads is a 360 advertising platform that uses programmatic media buying and innovative ad formats to drive customer acquisition. As a Tech Support Officer (NYSC) you will join the Ad Operations team to help manage and optimise digital ad campaigns while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing and optimising ad campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
• Traffic, test and troubleshoot digital ad campaigns in collaboration with the Ad Operations team.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics to ensure delivery and KPI achievement.
• Generate and present reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct quality‑assurance checks on creatives and tags.
• Support the implementation and execution of ad‑trafficking processes.

Required profile

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Technology/Engineering or related fields.
• Familiarity with digital advertising concepts and platforms is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to the advertising industry.
