Tech Operations Partner – Commission‑Only Contractor

About the role

We are a specialist recruitment agency seeking a commission‑only Digital Operations Partner to manage and optimise our technology stack across multiple geographies. The role focuses on day‑to‑day operational performance rather than strategic roadmap planning.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and deploy the agency’s full technology stack, including ATS, CRM, workspace, document management, invoicing and payment gateways, and analytics tools.
• Define and enforce data quality standards across all platforms and conduct regular audits.
• Manage partner onboarding and off‑boarding from a technology perspective.
• Monitor platform adoption rates monthly and produce the monthly operations report.
• Maintain the cybersecurity baseline (2FA, access management, data protection) across all active regions.

Required profile

• Experience with WordPress website management.
• Proven track record deploying automation and AI agents.
• Hands‑on experience administering recruitment technology such as ATS, CRM or HRIS platforms.
• Ability to configure and integrate SaaS tools for distributed, multi‑geography teams.
• Background in data quality management, defining standards and ensuring compliance.
• Experience with multi‑currency payment infrastructure is a strong advantage.
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge, including 2FA enforcement and access management.
• Comfortable working independently with non‑technical partners across multiple time zones.
• Willingness to work on a 100 % commission‑only basis with no salary floor.

What we offer

• Commission of 2.5 % of total agency‑retained revenue collected each month, paid within 10 business days of month‑end.
• Earnings scale with agency revenue (e.g., $225‑$630/month in months 1‑3, $1,250‑$3,150/month in months 7‑12).
• Participation in the Non‑Commercial Partners Performance Bonus Pool.
