Team Lead, Ethics Line

About the role

The Ethics Line Team Lead will oversee KPMG’s independent whistleblowing service for clients in Nigeria, ensuring confidential handling of misconduct reports and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of whistleblowing services to clients, ensuring compliance with KPMG policies, Nigerian regulations and ISO 37002.
• Manage ethics line operators, overseeing intake, case handling and reporting processes.
• Coordinate client onboarding, monthly/quarterly summary reports and administrative tasks.
• Drive business growth and support business development initiatives.
• Maintain service excellence, client trust and data‑privacy compliance (NDPR).
• Review call sheets and case memos for accuracy, and conduct industry‑trend research.
• Develop and deliver presentations, awareness materials and training for clients.

Required profile

• High integrity and discretion handling sensitive information.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective listening, empathy and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing teams and client‑facing roles, with 4–7 years in a similar position.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
