Team Lead – Cleaning & Facilities Services

About the role

Alpha Mead Group is looking for a dynamic Team Lead to oversee cleaning and soft facilities management operations for a strategic pilot project in Benin Republic. The role blends operational leadership, client relationship management, and business development to ensure service excellence and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on‑site cleaning and soft FM operations.
• Ensure compliance with agreed service standards, KPIs, and HSE requirements.
• Manage client relationships and act as Alpha Mead Group’s on‑site representative.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand services.
• Coach, mentor, and manage site teams to achieve high performance.
• Prepare and present operational, performance, and business development reports.

Required profile

• HND/B.Sc. in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, hospitality, or cleaning services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong client relationship management and business development capabilities.
• Proven experience managing service delivery in KPI‑driven environments.
• Fluency in English; French proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Experience working with international organisations, NGOs, embassies, or multilateral institutions is an added advantage.
