Teaching Officer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Teaching Officer to design, deliver and evaluate training programs that support employee development and align with Kenex Konsults International’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and deliver training programs, workshops and instructional sessions.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, manuals and learning resources.
• Conduct classroom, virtual and practical training sessions as required.
• Assess participants' learning needs and tailor content accordingly.
• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, tests and practical exercises.
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance reports and evaluation results.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and ongoing support to trainees.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Ensure training programs align with organizational objectives and industry standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and new training methodologies.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

Required profile

• Minimum of an HND in Education or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in training, learning and development, teaching, coaching or instructional roles.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
