About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our school community in Lagos. The role involves delivering engaging lessons, supporting student development, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure a high‑quality learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Present lessons in a comprehensive manner using visual and audio aids.
• Provide individualized instruction and promote interactive learning.
• Create and distribute educational content such as notes, summaries, and assignments.
• Assess and record student progress, delivering grades and constructive feedback.
• Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom.
• Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders; attend regular meetings.
• Plan and execute in‑class and outdoor educational activities and events.
• Observe student behaviour, report any suspicions of neglect or abuse.
• Participate in professional development seminars and conferences.

Required profile

• Minimum NCE in a relevant field.
• 2‑4 years of teaching experience.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong knowledge of the education system and subject‑area proficiency.
• Honest, passionate, loyal, and committed to duties.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resides near Lagos Mainland (proximity to work zone is an advantage).

What we offer

• Monthly salary ranging from NGN100,000 to NGN150,000.
