About the role
Systemverse Solutions is hiring a System & Cloud Administrator in Lagos (Marina) for a helpdesk or junior admin position. The role covers maintaining IT systems, supporting users and managing basic network and account tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and support IT systems to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users
- Monitor network performance and address connectivity issues
- Manage user accounts, access permissions and security controls
- Document IT procedures, configurations and system changes
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity
Required profile
- CompTIA A+
- Fluent spoken and written English
- A bachelor's degree in CS or IT is a plus
