Sustainability Manager

About the role
The Sustainability Manager supports the Head of Sustainability in embedding ESG standards across the organisation. You will drive the definition, tracking and communication of ESG KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with global reporting frameworks.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with plant operations and cross‑functional teams to execute sustainability performance targets.
- Set short, medium and long‑term ESG goals, develop environmentally friendly product strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, materiality assessments and produce ESG reports in line with IFRS S1/S2, GRI, UNGC, CDP and other standards.
- Manage sustainability campaigns, coordinate plant sustainability leads and champion capacity‑building initiatives.
- Deliver internal and external training, workshops and awareness programmes on sustainability policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of corporate sustainability experience in a large, preferably multinational, organisation.
- At least 3 years of experience preparing sustainability reports using global standards.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal and change‑management abilities.
