Supply & Procurement Officer

About the role

The Supply & Procurement Officer will coordinate the flow of purchase orders between customers and Original Equipment Manufacturers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. This role supports the logistics team and maintains strong communication with all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and correct discrepancies in purchase orders before external communication.
• Maintain and update the open orders spreadsheet and track orders from placement to delivery.
• Record all communications with OEMs and customers, generating progress reports and weekly updates.
• Inspect incoming orders for correct quantity and product, update inventory records, and accompany deliveries to customers or warehouses.
• Prepare Request for Quotes and pass relevant information to the logistics manager.

Required profile

• HND or BSc degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Familiarity with engineering documentation.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and time‑management skills.
• Integrity, honesty and the ability to work well in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
