About the role
The Supply Chain Support Officer will assist the logistics team in handling customer orders, managing stock, and ensuring smooth dispatch and delivery processes. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving agricultural environment.
Key responsibilities
- Purchase, clean, and pack customer orders accurately according to order requests.
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing incoming stock and supplies.
- Prepare and label orders for dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain organised storage areas to ensure easy access to inventory.
- Conduct routine stock checks and report low stock levels or discrepancies.
- Support loading and unloading goods during deliveries.
- Maintain basic records of stock movement and fulfilled orders.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of storage areas.
Required profile
- Minimum of an S.S.C.E (Secondary School Certificate Equivalent).
- 0‑1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
