Supply Chain Coordinator – Oil & Gas EPC (Lagos)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to manage procurement, logistics and vendor relations for oil & gas EPC projects in Lagos. The role ensures that engineering materials and equipment are sourced, delivered and documented in line with project schedules, budgets and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, vendor evaluation and contract administration.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of engineering materials, equipment and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, freight forwarders and project stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance, negotiate pricing and control costs against project budgets.
• Oversee logistics, inventory and material movement to project sites while meeting schedule requirements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, QHSE, ISO 9001 and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare procurement reports, maintain documentation and support internal/external audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement and supply chain experience in the Oil & Gas EPC sector.
• Proven track record managing procurement for engineering, construction or pipeline projects.
• Strong knowledge of vendor management, contract administration, logistics and inventory control.
• Familiarity with QHSE standards, ISO 9001 requirements and procurement compliance.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP or procurement management systems.
