Superintendent Pharmacist

About the role

Castville Solutions is looking for a responsible and qualified Superintendent Pharmacist to oversee the professional and operational activities of a pharmacy in Okpanam, Asaba. The ideal candidate is licensed to practice in Nigeria, organised and committed to high standards of pharmaceutical care and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Dispense medications accurately and give patients appropriate counselling.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage medication inventory, including stock monitoring, ordering, storage and expiry checks.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records, prescriptions, controlled-drug records and other required documentation.
• Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure proper professional conduct and customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from a recognised institution.
• Registered and licensed pharmacist in Nigeria with a valid practising licence.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Good communication, leadership, organisational and customer-service skills; responsible and reliable.

What we offer

• Option A: monthly salary of N300,000 (license included), working hours 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM with alternate weekends off; license arrangement can be negotiated separately.
• Option B: monthly salary of N280,000 plus a license fee of N700,000.
