Subsea Services Supervisor – Testing & Subsea (Port Harcourt)

About the role

We are looking for a Subsea Services Supervisor to lead testing and subsea operations on an offshore rig in Port Harcourt. The role combines technical authority over the eROCS system with hands‑on operational responsibility throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical and operational authority for the eROCS on the assigned rig.
• Configure, commission and operate the eROCS in full compliance with company procedures and client requirements.
• Participate from the project build phase, including eFAT, SIT and full offshore operations.
• Collaborate closely with the Subsea Systems Engineer and client representatives as part of the offshore execution team.
• Apply subsea control systems and downhole interface expertise to ensure safe and efficient installation, operation and retrieval activities.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or engineering degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Control & Automation or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of offshore subsea experience in a hands‑on operational role.
• Experience with remote operated control systems or similar electro‑hydraulic subsea technologies.
• Familiarity with rig interfaces and integration between subsea equipment, rig systems and third‑party contractors.
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and system schematics.
• Structured, safety‑focused and able to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced offshore environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
