Subject Teacher (Science, Math & Economics)

About the role

Bluedreams International School is seeking a dynamic Subject Teacher to deliver high‑quality lessons in Science, Mathematics and Economics. The role involves fostering analytical and quantitative skills through real‑world applications and preparing students for national and international examinations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and teach curriculum‑aligned lessons in Science, Mathematics and Economics.
• Design assessments, grade assignments and monitor student progress against benchmarks.
• Maintain a safe, structured classroom environment and manage laboratory and digital learning resources.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and behaviour.
• Prepare students for exams such as WAEC, NECO and IGCSE and mentor academic clubs or competitions.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Mathematics, Economics and Physics.
• Ability to engage learners and spark interest in the subjects.
• Leadership and supervisory qualities with a disciplined work ethic.
• Problem‑solving ability and passion for teaching.
• Willingness to follow school instructions and policies.
