Student Recruitment Officer

About the role

The Student Recruitment Officer will drive the acquisition of prospective students for our educational programs. Working closely with admissions and marketing teams, you will represent the institution at schools, fairs and online events, guiding candidates and their families through the enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target, and recruit prospective students through high‑school visits, education fairs, workshops, and direct outreach.
• Provide counseling to students and parents on academic programs, admission requirements, tuition fees, and application procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with school counsellors, educational agencies, and community organisations.
• Plan, execute, and participate in recruitment events, campus open days, and online information sessions.
• Manage leads through the recruitment pipeline and convert inquiries into active registrations.
• Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to align recruitment campaigns with enrollment targets.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of OND (Ordinary National Diploma).
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar student recruitment or admissions role.
