About the role

This high‑impact position sits in the Founder’s Office and acts as the strategic engine and analytical hub for the Group. You will translate complex market data and internal performance metrics into clear, decision‑ready insights that drive growth and new‑venture feasibility.

Key responsibilities

• Drive FP&A activities across the portfolio, monitor performance against benchmarks, and refine financial projections with business unit leads.
• Conduct deep‑dive sector research, competitive benchmarking, and feasibility assessments for new business lines.
• Develop, maintain, and stress‑test sophisticated financial models; support due‑diligence and draft investment memos.
• Produce concise executive briefs, presentations, and board‑level materials for the Founder and senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and track project progress to ensure timely execution.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• MSc or MBA highly preferred, especially with a finance focus.
