About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Promoter to boost brand visibility and drive sales within retail outlets in Lagos. You will work closely with in‑store sales consultants, ensuring products are well presented, priced correctly, and promoted effectively.

Key responsibilities

Maintain product availability and manage damaged stock.
Verify accurate pricing, promotional pricing, and monitor competitor pricing.
Allocate shelf space to fast‑moving items and stimulate movement of slow‑selling stock.
Implement promotions and ensure they are executed on schedule.
Provide excellent customer service and keep accurate records.
Maintain shelf health and overall store presentation.
Collaborate with team members and manage tasks independently.
Promote client products with strong product knowledge.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year of promoter or similar retail experience.
Professional, well‑groomed appearance.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Competitive mindset with strong networking ability.
Resilient and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
