Store Keeper (LPG Cylinders)

About the role

Yeson Management Co. Ltd is hiring a Store Keeper in Lagos (Marina) to manage the storage, issue and stock control of LPG cylinders and accessories. The role covers receiving, sorting, issuing and reconciling stock while keeping the warehouse safe and compliant with gas safety rules.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify and record all incoming LPG cylinders (full and empty) and accessories
• Maintain accurate stock records by cylinder size, brand and serial number
• Sort, count and store cylinders safely in designated zones (full vs empty)
• Issue cylinders to drivers, distributors and retailers against approved documents
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages and expiries promptly
• Ensure strict compliance with gas safety rules: no smoking, proper stacking, ventilation and HSE standards
• Maintain bin cards, waybills, delivery notes and the inventory system
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor, Plant Manager and Logistics team
• Report faulty, rusted or leaking cylinders and keep the warehouse clean and organised

Required profile

• A minimum of 1 year of experience
• A minimum of an OND in a related field
