Store Executive – Retail Operations

About the role

The Store Executive will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the Sun King store in Wudil, ensuring sales targets are met while maintaining high standards of inventory control, customer service, and store presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory: receive stock, track using FIFO, maintain stock cards, and perform daily cycle counts.
• Prepare and update Goods Received/Issued logs and generate daily on‑hand stock reports.
• Handle faulty stock, consolidate for disposal, and conduct monthly stock‑takes.
• Oversee spare parts inventory, place re‑orders, and report on issued stock for replenishment.
• Perform basic warranty repairs, check faulty units, and maintain repair tools and workbench safety.
• Maintain a tidy, well‑organized shop floor and ensure SKU placement follows company standards.
• Welcome walk‑in customers, provide assistance, verify warranty eligibility, and coordinate with Energy Officers and the Call Center to resolve queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in a similar retail or inventory role.
• Strong communication, integrity, proactive attitude, and customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to write clear reports and solve problems independently.
• Team player with flexibility to adapt to changing store needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
