Store Executive – Inventory & Repair Management

About the role

The Store Executive will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the Sun King retail outlet in Ankpa, ensuring sales targets are met while maintaining high standards of inventory control, repairs, and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, record, and manage stock using FIFO principles; perform daily cycle counts and monthly stock‑takes.
• Dispatch goods, maintain Goods Received/Issued logs, and prepare daily stock reports for stakeholders.
• Handle faulty units, conduct basic warranty checks, perform simple repairs, and coordinate disposal of unsalvageable items.
• Maintain a tidy shop floor, organized repair bench, and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Welcome walk‑in customers, provide product assistance, and resolve queries in collaboration with Energy Officers and the Call Center.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory movements, repairs, and re‑orders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in retail, inventory, or store operations.
• Strong communication, integrity, customer focus, and teamwork.
• Proven report‑writing ability and problem‑solving skills.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
