Store Assistant

About the role

ExCare Health Services Ltd is hiring a Store Assistant in Lagos (Marina) on a full-time basis. The role covers receiving, organising and handling store items and supplies, delivering them to branches and keeping accurate records of stock movements.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, organise and safely handle store items and supplies.
• Deliver stock, documents and other approved items to branches and designated locations as required.
• Run authorised errands, including purchasing operational supplies such as diesel.
• Maintain accurate records of items received, dispatched and delivered, and ensure stock movements are documented and acknowledged by receiving personnel.
• Monitor the store area and report missing items, discrepancies, damages or suspicious activity.
• Keep the store clean, orderly and secure.
• Support stock counts and reconciliation exercises as required.
• Carry out other operational support duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum of HND; an additional qualification is an advantage.
• Previous experience in storekeeping, logistics, dispatch or general operations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with OPIC and surrounding areas is an advantage.
