Stock Keeper / Inventory Controller

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑driven Stock Keeper / Inventory Controller to manage our warehouse and inventory operations for raw stone, porcelain, tools and machinery. You will ensure a clean, secure, audit‑ready environment and maintain full traceability of materials from receipt through production to installation.

Key responsibilities

• Control all inventory processes including receiving, issuing, and reconciling materials, consumables, tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, secure warehouse that is always audit‑ready.
• Ensure complete traceability of every material from receipt through production to installation.
• Manage a live digital ledger for stone and porcelain off‑cuts to maximise reuse and minimise waste.
• Perform daily checks, weekly cycle counts, monthly reconciliations and quarterly stock takes.
• Generate accurate and timely reports such as GRNs, requisitions, variance reports and stock valuations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in inventory, warehouse or stock management.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing or building‑materials sectors is a strong plus.
• High attention to detail, strong integrity and a sense of ownership.
• Ability to work independently and stay composed under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management or ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
