Station Manager (Fuel Retail)

About the role

The Station Manager will lead the daily operations of a fuel filling station in Ilorin, Kwara. This role ensures smooth service delivery, safety compliance, and profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for staff, suppliers, and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise station staff, including supervisors, cashiers and attendants.
• Monitor fuel stock levels, product sales and inventory, coordinating deliveries as needed.
• Prepare and review daily sales, cash and operational reports.
• Manage cash handling, reconciliation and accountability processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, security and proper maintenance of station facilities.
• Drive sales growth and ensure the station meets profitability targets.

Required profile

• Residency near Mofola filling station on Kaiama Road axis, Ilorin.
• Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
• Full‑time availability for station operations.
