Spy Police Driver

About the role

A leading mechanical and electrical contractor in the construction industry, represented by its client, is looking for a Spy Police Driver in Lagos. The driver safely transports company staff, management and visitors to and from their assigned locations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive company staff, management and visitors safely, in line with traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tyres, brakes, lights) and report faults promptly.
• Keep the vehicle clean, roadworthy and well maintained.
• Keep accurate trip logs, mileage records and fuel records.
• Plan routes ahead of time to avoid delays and ensure punctual pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Ensure vehicle documents (licence, insurance, roadworthiness) are valid and kept in the vehicle.
• Run official errands such as collecting and delivering documents or materials when required.
• Report accidents, incidents or security concerns to management immediately.
• Maintain confidentiality and a professional manner with passengers.

Required profile

• SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
• Must be a spy police driver.
• Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of traffic laws.
• Safety-conscious, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally.
• Must live within close proximity to Mowe.
