Spanish (Spain) Google Workspace AI Personalization Rater

About the role

We are looking for a native‑level Spanish speaker (Spain) to evaluate AI‑generated answers within Google Workspace. You will use a professional email history as context to judge relevance, accuracy, helpfulness and personalization of the responses.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated replies for relevance, accuracy, helpfulness and appropriate personalization.
• Compare multiple candidate responses and select the strongest overall experience.
• Identify unsupported assumptions, incorrect personalization, irrelevant recommendations and subtle inconsistencies.
• Provide clear, detailed, well‑reasoned written feedback for each evaluation.
• Follow evaluation guidelines consistently while protecting privacy and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Spanish as used in Spain, able to read and evaluate nuanced written content.
• Active Google Workspace (Gmail) account with the interface set to Spanish and a professional inbox containing at least 1,000 emails.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum two years of professional experience.
• Analytical judgment, attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Authorization to use the qualifying email history for the project.
