Spa Therapist

About the role

The Spa Therapist will join FMR Agency’s wellness team in Ibadan, delivering a range of non‑invasive spa and beauty treatments to clients. You will work in a modern treatment suite, ensuring each guest receives personalized care and leaves feeling refreshed.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct skin assessments and help develop customized treatment plans (training provided).
• Perform facials, body massages, body polish, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, LED therapy, body contouring and skin‑tag removal.
• Provide additional beauty services such as laser hair removal, waxing, spray tanning, manicures and pedicures.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, recommend products and support upselling of treatments.
• Maintain strict hygiene standards, keep treatment rooms and equipment clean and organized.
• Accurately record bookings, client notes and treatment outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE qualification.
• At least 12 months of experience in a similar spa or beauty role.
• Professional demeanor with a focus on client satisfaction.

Required skills

• Facial and body massage techniques.
• Microdermabrasion and chemical peel application.
• LED therapy and body contouring procedures.
• Skin‑tag removal and laser hair removal.
