Solutions Delivery Manager

About the role

Visa is seeking a Solutions Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of consumer, digital, and value‑added services across West Africa. You will own the product strategy, drive ecosystem readiness, and ensure revenue growth for Visa’s payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution delivery for all consumer, digital, and value‑added products for designated clients in the market.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the West Africa Product Solutions Delivery Lead and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align product road‑maps.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client decision‑makers, understand their business needs, and propose product ideas that drive results.
• Create client‑specific product plans, manage the VAS sales pipeline, and achieve sales and revenue targets for West Africa.
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while measuring project performance and managing risks.
• Support financial accountability by tracking product revenue, cost targets, and budget adjustments.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven ability to lead product strategy and delivery in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Strong client‑facing skills with experience influencing senior decision‑makers.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting revenue and performance objectives.
