About the role
The Software Project Manager will lead software development initiatives, coordinating with clients, executives, and development teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Discuss project parameters with clients, executives, and developers.
- Define project scope, allocate resources, set deadlines, and establish communication and testing strategies.
- Assemble and lead project teams, supervising each project stage.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and change requests, serving as liaison for updates.
- Deliver completed software products to clients and monitor performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Development Management, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management and software development.
- Strong leadership, decision‑making, organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
Required skills
- Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
- Excellent technical knowledge.
