Software Project Management Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Software Project Management Assistant to support the planning, execution and delivery of software projects for eHealth4everyone, a digital health enterprise based in Abuja, Nigeria. The role will work closely with clients, executives and development teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, using agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Discuss project parameters with clients, executives and developers.
• Define project scope, allocate resources, set deadlines and establish communication and testing strategies.
• Assemble and lead project teams, supervising each project stage.
• Monitor schedules, budgets and milestones, handling change requests.
• Oversee testing, evaluation and troubleshooting throughout development.
• Act as liaison to communicate updates, milestones and changes.
• Deliver completed software products to clients and conduct performance checks.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or B.Tech. in Project Management, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum three years experience as a software/IT project assistant or manager.
• Experience in software development, data analysis or information technology.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Trello, ClickUp, Asana, MS Project and Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of agile development practices, including Scrum and Kanban.
