Software Delivery Manager

About the role

Cavista Technologies is seeking an experienced Software Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of software products and engineering initiatives across multiple development teams. The role bridges engineering, product development, and stakeholder management to ensure high‑quality solutions are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of software products, features and engineering initiatives.
• Drive planning, execution, monitoring and release activities throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Maintain delivery commitments while upholding quality, security, performance and scalability standards.
• Manage risks and escalation paths to keep projects on track.
• Serve as the primary delivery liaison between product, engineering, business and executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and align technical execution with business objectives.
• Support strategic planning, resource forecasting and capacity management.
• Continuously improve development processes, delivery frameworks and team workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software delivery and Agile project/program management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC governance and engineering operational excellence.
• Leadership ability to translate strategic objectives into executable delivery plans.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
