Software Delivery Manager

About the role

Cavista Technologies seeks a seasoned Software Delivery Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of software products. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure alignment with product and business goals, and drive high‑quality, timely releases in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects and products using appropriate agile project‑management methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate roadmaps into actionable user stories.
• Lead planning sessions, prioritize work against team capacity, and remove blockers.
• Maintain product quality standards and champion continuous improvement.
• Act as the single point of contact between product and engineering, advocating for both sides.
• Identify business objectives, recommend solutions, and ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost‑effective.
• Participate in the delivery manager community to share best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 7 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering digital projects and products.
• Creative problem‑solver able to handle stressful situations professionally.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and operational issue‑handling skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and thrive in ambiguous environments.
