Social Media Sales Executive – Lead Generation & Closing

About the role

Shengya Machinery Company is seeking a full‑time Social Media Sales Executive to turn online interest into real customers. Based in Ojodu Berger, Lagos, you will use WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook to generate leads, nurture prospects and close sales.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospects through direct messages, comments and inquiries on social platforms.
• Follow up consistently and convert online interactions into sales.
• Create simple, effective content such as short videos, product demos and client testimonials.
• Maintain a prospect pipeline and track all conversations.
• Provide accurate product information, quotations and support to clients.
• Collaborate with management to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven ability to sell and close deals online.
• Experience handling customer conversations and negotiations.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
