Social Media Personnel

About the role

Capinta Consult Limited is looking for a proactive Social Media Personnel to manage its online presence across multiple platforms. You will create engaging visual and written content, interact with the audience, and support broader marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.
• Create and publish posts, stories, reels, and other digital content regularly.
• Capture high‑quality photos and videos for social media use.
• Write compelling captions and develop creative concepts to boost visibility.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries in a professional manner.
• Monitor engagement metrics, track basic performance, and prepare regular reports.
• Stay informed about current social media trends and opportunities.
• Assist with additional marketing and administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field.
• Entry‑level candidates with up to 24 months of relevant experience.
• Creative, organized, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and keep up with evolving social media trends.
