Country Public Relations

About the role

We are seeking a senior professional to lead public relations and government affairs for the Country market. The role involves building high‑level relationships with ministries and political parties, interpreting policies and supporting business development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and map decision‑making chains of government and political parties, managing public relations operations to achieve breakthroughs at ministerial level and above.
• Interpret Country policies, uncover government business opportunities and resources.
• Assist the AR Project Director in planning ToG projects and driving their implementation and delivery.
• Develop the Country business and investment environment, creating a robust government‑business ecosystem for ToG development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Public Administration, Political Science, Agricultural Economics, Engineering Management or related fields.
• Solid experience in government affairs and public relations within the host country; prior government sales experience is a plus.
• Access to resources at ministerial level and above, and familiarity with government project layouts.
• Strong business communication and commercial affairs capabilities.
