Social Media Manager (Part‑time)

About the role

Thronos Alliance is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence across multiple platforms. This part‑time role will support the marketing team in building brand awareness, engaging audiences, and driving lead generation for the real‑estate business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Create monthly and quarterly content calendars and produce high‑quality written, visual and video assets.
• Monitor conversations, brand sentiment and respond to comments, enquiries and direct messages.
• Design campaigns to increase reach, engagement, leads and conversions.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, copywriters and the wider marketing team.
• Track and analyse KPIs such as reach, impressions, audience growth, leads and conversions, and prepare performance reports.
• Support paid social initiatives and coordinate influencer or creator collaborations.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Digital Media or related field.
• At least 2 years of professional social media management experience.
• Demonstrable portfolio of successfully managed accounts.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to translate data into actionable strategy.
