Social Media Manager

About the role

4First Technologies is seeking a Graphic Designer to create visual assets that support the company’s brand and marketing initiatives. The role works closely with marketing, social media, product, and content teams to produce high‑quality designs for digital campaigns, website content, presentations, and promotional materials.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital communications.
• Create promotional materials, banners, flyers, and presentations.
• Develop visual assets for product announcements and company initiatives.
• Maintain consistency in brand colours, typography, layouts, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Content Creator on campaign concepts.
• Interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective visual designs.
• Revise designs based on feedback from authorised stakeholders.
• Organise and maintain design files and reusable creative assets.
• Prepare designs in the appropriate formats and dimensions for different platforms.
• Stay up‑to‑date with relevant design trends and tools.
• Meet agreed deadlines while maintaining quality.

Required profile

• Strong social media marketing and SMO skills to plan campaigns, increase reach, and improve engagement.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities to craft clear, compelling messages.
• Content strategy experience to design calendars and align posts with business goals.
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools and basic graphic/video editing tools.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines.
• Background in marketing, communications, or related fields; experience managing brand social media accounts is beneficial.
• Interest in technology, energy, or emerging markets and willingness to work onsite in Owerri.
