About the role
We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to lead our online presence for Caramella Signatures, a retail and fashion brand based in Lagos. You will shape the brand’s voice across multiple platforms, engage audiences, and drive measurable results.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, design, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook and TikTok.
- Monitor comments, respond to messages, and foster active conversations with followers.
- Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement and conversion rates, and optimise campaigns based on data.
- Maintain consistent tone, visual identity and brand guidelines across all digital channels.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: OND (Ordinary National Diploma).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar social media role.
