About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across multiple platforms. You will shape strategy, create engaging content, and grow our online community while aligning with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that reflect the brand and business goals.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities on internal and external accounts, monitor engagement, and respond promptly to comments and messages.
• Optimize content for SEO and drive organic growth.
• Build and nurture an active online community of professionals and organizations.
• Plan, test, and execute paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Create and curate compelling content for social platforms, website, blog, and newsletters.
• Track performance metrics, produce ROI reports, and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Collaborate with the content team to maintain an editorial calendar and ensure brand consistency.
• Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of managing multiple platforms and successful digital campaigns.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation abilities.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and stakeholder management skills.
