Social Media Manager

About the role

The Institute is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to boost its online presence, engage its community, and drive brand awareness across multiple platforms. You will lead strategy, create compelling content, and analyze performance to continuously improve results.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor social media trends and assess their impact on brand visibility.
• Produce monthly analytics reports on usage, e‑channel metrics, and insights.
• Engage in real‑time interactions, respond to queries, and foster vibrant discussions.
• Capture, post, and promote events online to maximize reach.
• Identify emerging platforms and opportunities for stakeholder engagement.
• Increase follower count and overall engagement.
• Plan and execute targeted campaigns, including paid advertising.
• Track, analyze, and report key metrics using tools such as Hootsuite and Sprout Social.
• Collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and industry figures.
• Manage negative feedback or crises in partnership with the Team Lead and Corporate Communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their features.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
• Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with deadline orientation.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand collaborations is a plus.
