Social Media Manager

About the role

Career Doctor, the training arm of Penser Consulting, is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of a growing fashion brand. You will shape the brand’s voice across multiple platforms, drive engagement, and translate social activity into measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage the brand’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X and other relevant platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, videos and campaigns.
• Plan and execute content calendars in collaboration with marketing and creative teams.
• Capture behind‑the‑scenes content from fashion shoots, product launches and customer testimonials.
• Monitor social and fashion trends, as well as competitor activity.
• Engage with the online community by responding promptly to comments, messages and inquiries.
• Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors and content creators.
• Track, analyze and report on performance metrics and campaign ROI.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media for fashion, beauty, lifestyle or retail brands.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling and ability to reflect fashion trends in content.
• Strong communication, organization and project‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar content‑creation tools).
• Experience using social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Photography and mobile content‑creation abilities (advantageous).
